Wrap and Mail Your Watch
Please take care when preparing your watch for mail. Bubble wrap and a sturdy box will come in handy!
Please DO NOT send the original packaging or manuals with your watch as we cannot guarantee that it will be returned to you.

Submit Payment on Receipt of Quote
When your watch for repair is received at our facilities we will contact you without delay via phone or email to confirm the work required and costs involved. Should you approve our quote, we will proceed with the repair work on receipt of your Proof of Payment. NB: All payments must be made via EFT or direct deposit.

When making payments, please reference your Job Number as found in the subject line of your confirmation email. Please also include your Job Number when submitting Proof of Payment via the following options:
For EFT's, please email Proof of Payment to: [email protected]
OR
For Cash Deposit's, please fax Proof of Payment to: 021 4233 777
On completion of the repair, we will mail your watch back to you using the Return Address as specified on the Online Watch Repair Form you submitted in Step 1.
Please note: The cost of mailing your watch back to you will be included in the original quote as provided to you on receipt of your watch at our facilities.
